Beautifully Appointed Cottage Nestled In Upscale Grove Neighborhood

Perfect getaway in the perfect place. Luz and her team could not have been more attentive. The cottage has every amenity you could ask for. Coconut Grove is a Special place and this Cottage made our trip Magical.

Very comfortable stay for our family of five in this Coconut Grove original construction. The house layout is very efficient with a dining and living room at the center and 3 bedrooms, kitchen and family room located adjacently. There are two outdoor terraces which provide additional living areas. There is also a barbecue area. The a/c and wi-fi worked perfectly. The house has a vey cozy atmosphere given by elements of wood, stone and decoration.The neighborhood is quiet and secure and has beautiful vegetation. We enjoyed seeing families of peacocks that inhabit the area. The location is ideal as it is close to Brickell, Downtown , I-95 and South Miami. Definitively, this home is a very good choice to stay in Miami.

Just had an amazing time in Miami due to this home, felt like I was in Florida and every home in Florida should be like this one.

Perfect place for our sailing team. Large dining/living area for meals and socializing, plus a family room and three good sized bedrooms. All the modern conveniences but the house retains a classic Coconut Grove feel. Close to everything, but quiet, relaxing and comfortable.

The house was appointed very well, beds comfortable and very clean. The owner was lovely. We would stay again and recommend it.

We stayed more then 2 monthes in this lovely home .. It was like we are in tropical paradise , we enjoyed so much staying in that home .. The area is secure , far from busy Miami life but everywhere is very close by car if you want to be in beach , malls and restaurants...In home tastefully decorated all rooms and kitchen with full of appliances .. We had all and more whatever we need during our stay.. The home owner family are great people , very polite , warm and helpful in every request we had.. Beautiful, clean, and cozy cottage. Historical features (footed bath in master, large back porch door, paneling) accented by modern clean lines. Amazing back and front porches with cool breezes despite warm outside temps. Fully appointed kitchen. Peacocks strolling the street. Extraordinary responsiveness from owner. We rented for University of Miami graduation. We wish we had known about the home for the four years previous excursions to Coral Gables. A real jewel. Could go back again and again.

We couldn't have selected a better place to stay for our long weekend. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and we had the opportunity to meet her upon our arrival. She was very warm and welcoming. The house was spectacular. You can tell that a lot of thought and planning went into the design and selection of furniture, linens and other accents. We especially enjoyed the back porch. We will be back next year. No doubt!
