This cabin was absolutely amazing! The perfect get away for a girls weekend. So beautiful inside and well kept. A nice little welcome bsket abd the area qas nkce and quite. I would highly recommend this place and we are plannkng to make this cabin an annual girls get away trip!

I highly recommend this cottage. It is very clean, and newly renovated . It is conveniently located and appears just as listed . The owner has provided extra amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. It has a nice covered patio, gas grill and fire pit .

This is our 3rd year coming to GOTL to visit wineries. This cottage has been the best place we've stayed. We loved all the amenities the hosts provided and used the patio every morning to drink our coffee & have a breakfast snack before heading to a winery. We visited 10 wineries between Tuesday & Friday.

Very clean, great AC, well stocked with towels, snacks, and waters. Very nice covered outdoor patio to relax on. Very nice fire pit with bundle of wood however we didn’t get a chance to use it. Sometimes pictures are misleading but in this case it was everything we saw and more. We give this place an A

Check-in was easy and on time! The home was very clean! The kitchen was well supplied and organized. As soon as we entered the home we knew we would be returning for another stay in the future. We enjoyed the patio and yard. This is what a 5 star Vrbo represents.

Great getaway spot!

It was a quick overnight girl's trip. The house was exactly as it was in the pictures. Everything was clean. Nice outdoor space to drink your morning coffee in. Very close to the strip, but we chose not to walk because of the lack of sidewalks.

2nd year in a row we stayed there and will book again next year.Everything is so well organized.Couldn’t ask for more

The property was very clean, easy access, easy to get to. Walking distance to the strip.Had plenty of amenities, to include coffee station, plenty of towels and full kitchen with all the needed utilizes. Out door area was very relaxing, gas grill, tv, plenty of seating and games to play on location. Definitely would staybhere again. We had an awesome time!

This place was great! It's a cute little cabin just down from a big park right before Geneva on the Lake. Everything was clean and comfortable. We didn't get much use out of the backyard patio area because it was in the 90s during our stay, but it seemed really nice.

The property is very nice and true to pictures. Would have liked to been a little closer to the strip.

We've been coming to Geneva for years and this cottage was perfect for our couples retreat. It had all the necessary amenities, very comfortable, clean and great attention to detail with the decor. Also it was just the right distance for all our outings and away from the noisy strip.

Had a great stay for the track meet at the Spire Institute. Property was exactly as described. Also super close to the lake and GOTL. Would definitely stay again.

Sooo clean, with everything you could possibly need! The cottage is decorated beautifully. We were here to go to Spire for our granddaughters competitive dance competition. It was very convenient! Would love to come back for warmer weather!

My husband and I found this place and were nothing but happy with the cottage. It was very clean, very thought out with all the amenities and close to Geneva’s downtown strip. We will definitely choose to stay here again!!

Perfect little getaway with a stay in this quaint cozy cottage. The owners were responsive with a request to change the reservation and the cottage shows that they thought of everything - even down to having a stool tucked away in the bathroom for little humans needing to get to the sink! Loved it!

This was our second time booking Linnys cozy cottage. It is beautifully decorated. We appreciated all of her extra supplies, coffee, snacks, games, extra towels etc…We would definitely book again. We wish she had a bigger rental for bigger family gatherings.

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable cottage. It’s was decorated so nice and had every amenity you’d need you don’t need to bring anything extras as it’s already in the cottage. Very clean when you walk thru the door,would recommended Linnys very much.

Perfect place for a girls trip! The cottage was so clean and well stocked with everything needed for the weekend. It was about a 15 minute walk to the main strip of GOTL and through a very safe neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This was our first stay at Geneva and i am so happy with our stay.linnies cottage was fantastic. She thought of every detail we hated to leave. Clean, reasonable,close to strip and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and we will be back next year .10/10
