Stayed Aug 1, 2021We were not able to stay there. The bedroom upstairs required crawling on hands and knees to get to the beds. The mattresses were on the floor. I am 75 years old. I requested sheets and towels which were not provided. Can you please help me get a refund. I made this request a week ago and I was told I would hear back within 3 days. As of
