Beautiful cozy cottage located within walking distance to Jordan-Hare Stadium

This house was great! We were in town for a swim meet at the aquatic center and it was a very short drive. Everything you need was supplied with the house. If we are ever in town again we will stay here!

P E R F E C T I O N.I’ve rented many spaces over the years, and this is by far the best. It’s clean, cozy, and perfectly designed. Every detail is restful…down to the personally labeled shampoo & conditioners! From the comfy beds to the leather couch…it’s truly a home away from home that feels like an oasis. I’ll be trying to stay here every time I’m in Auburn!

Beautiful property in a peaceful, lovely area very close to the university. Our family of five were in for an Auburn tour and this home met our needs and then some. House was kept very well and clean. The owner, Linda, was very responsive and kind with helpful tips. We strongly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This was our 4th stay and we love it! Auburn baseball camp brings us to town, and the location couldn’t be better. The home has everything we need, and Linda is amazing — so thoughtful and welcoming. Grateful for this place and excited to come back!

We loved our stay at The Cozy Cottage! This place really lives up to it's name. When we opened the door and walked inside, it instantly felt like a place we wanted to settle in and get cozy. The decor and attention to detail is unmatched. We were in town for a camp at Auburn, and the location was perfect! Easy access to downtown and campus! We had plenty of space in the house and had everything we needed. The host was wonderful, also! I hope we get to stay again when we return to the loveliest village on the plains. War Eagle!

It was a great location, very clean, wonderful communication, and perfect layout for a family to stay. We brought the kids up for their first Auburn experience with an equestrian meet and football game. The house was located just off campus which made it easy to get to all the events and enjoy the university. It was a nice neighborhood and quite even on a football weekend. The wife loved it and is even planning a girls trip back! Thanks for a great place.

Linda and Chad have done a great job with the cosy white cottage! Location close enough so that we could walk to town and game (a bit over a mile). The cottage had everything we need, with lots of extra touches — water, coffee, shampoo, great porch, etc. five stars for sure. The hospitality was matched throughout the town and tailgates and the welcome to a group of San Franciscans couldn’t have been nicer.

This was our 2nd time staying at the best little cottage in Auburn! Leave something at home? No problem! The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need! Linda was amazing! We will be back!

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Auburn. 2 friends and I stayed here with our sons who will soon begin Freshman year. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need. Lots of thought and attention to detail with the items that were available. Would be wonderful for a game weekend!

This rental exceeded our expectations and we kind of wished we were staying a night or two longer! The beds were comfy and very the house was clean and fresh. Would definitely recommmend!
