Stayed Jun 21, 2025Joanne was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The house has everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation. House is very close to the beach and the water is absolutely beautiful and clean. Almost a bluish green color, felt like i was in Florida. The beach also has a fairly large sandbar at low tide which both the adults and kids enjoy to cool off from the summer heat

Stayed Aug 17, 2024There was a glitch at check-in and owner was unavailable (due to work related issues) which caused delays in getting into property. After a 5hr drive with kids it was frustrating. All fixed eventually. Love this place would come back.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024This house was perfect for me and my son to spend a week at the beach. House was just the right size and a short walk to the beach. Washer/dryer definitely a bonus. Would definitely book again.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024We absolutely loved our stay in OB3! Joanne's property was perfect and had everything we needed. The bungalow was adorable, clean, and ideally located for beach and dining. The proximity to the beach was amazing, and we were able to go back and forth all day long. OB3 is a little slice of heaven, and we hope to visit again!

Stayed Jun 22, 2023Short walk to the beach! I loved being able to walk back and forth from the house to the beach throughout the day. I would have liked a little more direction when it came to the house (trash/recycling pick up info, how to work the tv etc) but I would definitely rent this house again.
