Come relax on Seabrook Island's 3-1/2 miles of pristine, white sand beach, just 23 miles south of historic Charleston, SC! Enjoy watching the dolphin, riding the waves, building sand castles or relaxing with a good book on this uncrowded beach. Seabrook is a family friendly island - perfect for a relaxing vacation for everyone.

This is a 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom Tarpon Pond Cottage. The fabulous kitchen has new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and more. It is stunning. The living area features plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together or gather around for a movie after a day at the beach. The living area has just been extended with an all-season room. Abundant windows allow sunlight to brighten this cottage and panoramic views of the 17th hole of Ocean Winds and the marsh beyond. There is a gas grill for your use and a deck just off this new room for lounging.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Another queen bed is in the third bedroom. A full bathroom is between these two bedrooms. There is also a full sized washer/dryer. Upstairs is the loft bedroom with two twin trundle beds. Another full bathroom with a shower is in the loft.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

    Great location and very clean. Would absolutely stay here again. Something to note: driveway parking area can be extremely muddy and flood quickly where the main entrance can be.

    This property was well appointed and comfortable for our family. We especially enjoyed the sunroom! The kitchen workspace was tight but had everything we needed for meal prep. We would stay here again!

    We love this house it was perfect. This is our second stay at this house and it was perfect. However we have used this coastal booking agent for years and usually no issues but this stay they were very rude when we called with questions about amenities cards and to add another car pass. My 80 year old mother called because I was working and the lady from agency was very rude. This was the first year the amenities cards were digital and she was very rude explaining it to my mother. Like how dare you call with a question. Sorry but isn’t that her job. But house was great with everything you could possibly want. I do question the cleanliness (see picture below) this is how I found my upstairs shower. I wonder if it was cleaned at all.

    Our family of eight stayed very comfortably in the cottage for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen was very well stocked and even included a crockpot, which was so helpful! We loved watching golfers, spotting deer and alligators, riding bikes, and taking long walks on the gorgeous beach. Seabrook is a gem and this cottage helped make the stay equally as wonderful. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable, but the rest makes up for it ten fold! We would definitely stay here again!

    This was the absolute cutest place we have ever stayed! Hands down we feel like we discovered a hidden gym, not only in this cottage, but the surrounding area! We will definitely be back - it is perfection!

    Our trip to Seabrook this year was nothing less than perfect! Tarpon Pond is our favorite area of Seabrook and Nancy’s place is nestled back in a quiet little corner where you have complete privacy to enjoy coffee on the front porch or a work call in the sunroom or on the small private back deck. The loft with two twin trundles and a bathroom was a great addition to the space! Weather was gorgeous. We watched dolphins strand feeding again which is always such a cool experience! We would definitely stay here in the future.
