Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with huge deck and walk to private beach!

The neighborhood was quiet and a good central location. It was very clean and organized without clutter.

The house was amazing for our family and friends! We had the best time and didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to return again!!

We wanted to say thank you, for our amazing family trip. The house was so nice and we enjoyed our entire stay. It was also a great first experience using Vrbo.We now want to make this a yearly visit and also got to meet the very friendly neighbors.

We love staying here. The property is well maintained and stocked with everything we would need. We love how close it is to beaches, restaurants, and sights around the cape.

This cottage has all you need for the perfect week on the Cape! Perfect location to the beach, large deck for outdoor eating, clean inside, comfortable beds, washer/drier, and so much more.

I'm going to list this review in pros and cons. Pros: Great location, private beach access was perfect, water pressure in indoor shower was great, outdoor shower is a plus, great big deck, clean (could maybe use a deep clean but clean), central air was great, and the washing amine works well. Cons; For a place that has sand for the driveway and a stern warning about not bringing sand into the house; the vaccum was awful. The water pressure in the outdoor shower was like a firehouse, too much for little kids, the grill didn't reach above 250 degrees, and the tank was already more than half empty when we got there, the dryer does not work (it took over two hours to dry a small load), while I understand it was bring your own linens: there were only two small worn blankets for under comforters, no bath mat (which was dangerous) and not a dish towel in sight. Small things like no corn holders, a peeler that doesn't peel. When i asked if there were board games the owner said yes, but there were two of the same exact game for adults. It says there are beach chairs, they are rusted and barely opened. All in all if you are a young couple who will eat out and just hang- great house. As a mom who literally had to pack everything and then realized there was even less when I got there it was way too much work, and expensive I am not knocking the house at all but just feel like families should be aware of how much you actually have to bring if you have kids with you. Too much work.

The home was perfect for us. From check in to check out everything went perfectly. The home was well stocked, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. We would recommend the home to anyone visiting Cape Cod.

The place was great- it’s super easy with our younger kids.

Loved proximity to South Village and Trotting Park Beaches. Cottage was perfect for our needs.
