Beautiful 3-Bedroom Cottage located on Sherkston Shores!

The pictures for this unit must have been taken two years ago and the unit has not been cleaned since. We drove up to thousands of dead bugs stuck to the entire exterior of unit, dried up dog faeces all over the yard, and a rotten birds nest that we could smell inside. Spiders and webs all over the inside of the unit. Utter filth on therodent droppings, ants, and foul odour coming from beneath the sink. The host undoubtedly has to know that the place stinks because there are febreeze plug ins in every outlet of the unit. The golf cart which is not the golf cart advertised in the photo was rickety at best and had no alignment. We contacted the host within 30 minutes of arrival. She offered us 50% refund to leave right away, to find us another unit or to send another cleaner. We ended up asking for another unit or the cleaner since we had done so much prep and had nowhere to go. Nor could we afford to pay for another unit considering she only offered half of our money back. A cleaner never came and another unit was never offered. Again neither of these things happened. Upon returning to the unit there was a block wide power outage. We waited and contacted the resort who had no time when the power would come back on. In the mean time the smell inside became unbearable with no AC and no febreeze plug ins to mask it.
