Beautiful 2bedroom cottage with full kitchen, dining area, laundry, 3 TVs, a/c

The host was incredibly rude, passive aggressive, and strange. She watched us either from her house or on cameras, texting about things she saw out of no where. She claimed dogs weren’t allowed at the home despite the posting saying pet friendly. She tried to say there was a pet fee after the fact, mentioned no where either. Implied our pet might have fleas or would bite her in the face bc I guess that happened to her previously with other ppl? Then proceeded to sit in the floor with our dog face to face (clearly how that issue occurred) & act like he was the best thing in the world after chastising us for having him there. The house was unbearable. It was incredibly hot the entire time. The breakers flipped every time an appliance was used and flipped on the HVAC as well. The house would not cool. The host tried to act like my 43 yo partner was just stupid & couldn’t work the thermostat. Despite the fact we had photos to show VRBO the HVAC stated cooling & the temp was 84 and nothing cooled. Personally I believe it was on purpose at this point, as first she tried to cancel our booking, then acted as if sure was doing us a favor by letting us check in late and that it wouldn’t be “perfect” LOL — it was far from perfect. It was clearly her spare storage. Closets filled with junk, other ppls used toothbrushes and toiletries. Ultimately we left a day early. VRBO tried to get a refund but she refused. I’ve filed with my bank.

Very nice and quiet. Relaxing and beautiful quaint cottage. If going to the masters it’s a perfect spot for your visit. Check in and out was so easy and hassle free.

This was a great stay for our Masters trip 2025! Perfect location and worked great for two couples!

Very nice overall

The cottage is very well equipped with everything that I could have possibly needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a park across the street. It is only a 10 minute drive to the Riverwalk downtown. The property owner was very attentive and communicated promptly with any questions that I had.
