Stayed Jul 19, 2021The view from the deck was beautiful and peaceful. It felt like we were at the end of the world. The house was stocked well to host a family with full kitchen and laundry. Property manager was attentive. Lovely place.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025The location of this home was simply perfect. Beautiful water view as well as view of snow covered mountains in the distance. This was our first time to the area and we just fell in love with the whole vibe of the island. The home was well maintained and we couldnt have asked for more. We definitely will be returning. Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house/cabin is sunny and quite comfortable. Great location, on a farm property which has its own private beach (a short walk down the hill slope). The kitchen, living room, and deck all have a great view of the water - weather ranged from crystal-clear, to misty and mysterious during our stay. Mt. Baker is visible from the front lawn (unfortunately not from the house itself due to some trees). The owners were kind enough to let us use their two kayaks, and we spent many happy hours floating around the bay looking at fish, jellyfish, and a magnificent bald eagle which flew overhead and rested in a big pine tree! A pair of deer browsed their way across the back lawn during our last evening.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024The property was absolutely beautiful it was really wonderful to explore the bay in the kayaks that are provided. We ran into the folks that own the property and they were lovely as well, very friendly. The only negative is that the wifi did not work consistently, but that was alright as we were happy to have an unplugged retreat. Looking forward to staying here again!
