Stayed Aug 15, 2025The cottage is very well located, right on the beach. Well-maintained and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room spacious. We were four adults and three children, and each had their own space. The BBQ worked well.The only downside: a key in an outdoor lockbox with a code would have been more convenient than sharing a single key.A wonderful stay!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024If you are looking for a prime spot with a quiet section of the beach this is it. I requested an early check-in and the owner responded quickly and was kind enough to accomodate the request. Overall, the cottage is good. You can see that it was renovated recently. Unfortunately, we had to clean the bathroom at arrival. Might have been a miss as the rest of the cottage was clean. My biggest complaint is specific to cottage 12. There are a lot of junk (old windows, old BBQs etc.) on both sides of the cottage which make the overall environment not ideal. Other than that specific point, not bad. But again, location is great!

Stayed Aug 18, 2023We are return guests of Sandpiper! It’s such a great spot! Even though there’s several cottages in the area, you can’t really hear any other groups. The cottages are exactly what you need. Bedrooms, bathroom, a place to cook food, and a seating area outside. Check in is very easy, parking is a bit limited. Will definitely be returning :-)

Stayed Aug 19, 2022We had a great time celebrating a friend’s upcoming wedding with her bachelorette party here. The beach is so close and we were able to walk 15 minutes to nearby bars and activities. We found the cottage to be very dirty with a mouldy shower curtain, sand everywhere, etc. The deck on the back needs to be fixed as there is a huge nail sticking out as well. Overall we had a good stay but it had the potential to be great with just a few fixes by property owners!!
