Beachfront Chalet

Closeness of ocean just a few steps away from chalet was amazing! Very private location. Caring host. Just great!

Our stay at the Konrad cottage was nothing short of amazing. Ray is a communicative and generous host, who makes sure you feel safe and welcome, and the cabin itself was super cute and homey. It's a two min or less walk to the beach, and the oceanside campfires were breathtaking. We would love to return to Konrad Cottage one day! :)

This property has a lot of pluses, quiet and awesome beach and hot tub. However there is a long narrow driveway to navigate to the actual house. which gives a short walk to the beach but it is certainly back from the water. Also this property could use some TLC. There was a tarp over the roof, missing cabinet door in the kitchen, the kitchen sink faucet was difficult to use and one element on the stove was not working. I felt it was a bit overpriced given the condition of the property

We rented this property and the chalet for a three generation family gathering of 10. The beach cottage was homey and delightful.

Great location with easy beach access. The property was very quiet and relaxing. We spent a lot of time using the large porch.

Great location and cozy spot. We were in the Cottage which was seconds from the oceans with a great view of the water from the deck. Nice, relaxing place to stay and a short drive from great hikes and all amenities. Ray was a great host and available for anything we needed. Was great we could bring our dog too. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here for a few days during March Break. There were two families with four kids (ages 8-20), four adults, and two dogs. The place was cozy and suited our group just fine. A stones throw to the beautiful serene ‘welcome beach’ and easy access to Sechelt and other local places to check out. The sunsets were incredible, and beach fires are allowed, making evenings on the beach really fun. Ray was a helpful host, always available to answer a quick question! Overall a very family friendly, dog friendly place to get away for a few days! We would go back for sure.

Myself and my 2 young daughters went away to finish off March break and we really enjoyed our stay. The chalet was very cozy and the beds were comfortable. We ate all our meals at the chalet and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the bbq. Fires on the beach, surrounded by wildlife and the hot tub on the deck was a bonus.

Two nights' stay... 6 men on a Ski weekend. Very helpful and accommodating owner,, well maintained Cottage. It turns out the Bluenose DID have a bowsprit. Your painting really is of the Bluenose! Sorry if we caused any doubts to arise!!

My friends and I had an incredible stay at the cabin. We loved having a view of the ocean, the hot tub and particularly loved having a campfire on the beach.
