Stayed May 23, 2025The stay was awful from the time we pulled in, it was a duplux, no advertised. The windows and doors would not seal so all hot hot air would come in, house couldnt stay cool.The owner does not say the AC can not go under 78 degress till after you check in. FL really??!! Enough said...

Stayed Jul 20, 2023The property was clean and easy to find with a short 5-10 min walk to the beach. Close to many food and shopping places along with activities for the whole family. We all enjoyed the stay and will gladly come and stay again.

Stayed Oct 8, 2022We had a wonderful time in PCB. This was my first vrbo experience and it went amazingly good and smooth. The home was exactly as listed. The home had everything the beach condos have and more at a fraction of the price. I hope the next time I am in PCB I will be able to stay at this property again.

Stayed Oct 20, 2022My sister in law and I stayed here as a much needed getaway before the holidays set in. I found this property pretty close to our time of needed arrival and it was so easy to book and the price was very reasonable. The unit was clean and met our needs very well. It was a great location, close to several public beach accesses but far enough away to be able to have some quiet, relaxing time. The owners were great with communication, even checking on us the morning after our first night to make sure we had a good night. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 2, 2022The tvs did not work. One doesn't even have legs for the TV to stand up. All ceiling fans about to fall out of ceiling. When turning them on the would shake all over. The front door did not properly. There was a gap around the door. The air filter to the ac unit was so dirty that is was having a hard time working properly. Wasps were in back yard do to a nest. This property had not been taken care of properly. I would never recommend this house.

Stayed Jun 16, 2022Overall good experience. The unit showed some wear, but met all our expectations. Give the AC a chance, forest day was hot in the house, but once the the house was able to get cooled down it maintained pretty well given the outside temps. Communication with the owner was very fast and precise.
