Excellent communication, great location and great places around! Field very close by to walk dogs and lots of little pubs around for a nice little drink! Hot tub was a great addition and so was the BBQ. Would highly recommend. Location turn into Severn Street go to the bottom of the road then turn right again and you will be able to follow the instructions on email! thanks for the stay! beautiful place!

A great location very near the river and within easy reach of both Low Town and High Town. Next to The Black Horse which we had no problem with and was not noisy. The place itself is well equipped for self catering with plenty of space indoor and out. A fantastic base for anyone visiting Bridgnorth and surrounds. Would definitely book again.

An exceptional property, tastefully decorated, and with amazing character. Every aspect of the house was absolutely spotlessly clean on our arrival - moreso than some top named hotels that I've stayed in - and the hot tub was fully cleaned and heated. The host also left milk in the fridge, coffee ready to go, and a very unexpected but much appreciated selection of goodies on the dining table. Seating, beds, etc all very comfortable and everything provided in the kitchen was well thought out and of good quality. For dog owners, the mature and well maintained garden is 100% secure and an adventure playground for inquisitive dogs. For anyone looking at the location on a map and who may be concerned about potential noise from the pub next door - don't be!! It was a heatwave when we stayed and the beer garden was busy but honestly, the swans on the river were noisier. I didn't like that my son beat me at chess on the large garden chess set but I don't suppose there's much you can do about that :) The only MINOR thing was that the listing states that a tumble dryer is available - there wasn't one. There was also no clothes horsewashing line available as an alternative. Any one of those things would have been good but we improvised and it didn't take anything away from our stay.

Lovely property in a brilliant location within walking distance of M&S, Co-op, restaurants and the cliff railway. Views of the river and cliff railway were lovely and the children loved watching it wake up every morning. It is however in need of some TLC and I wouldn’t say it’s been refurbished recently. Several window latches were broken, internal doors didn’t shut properly, the lock on the master bedroom door where the only shower cubicle is located is mounted the wrong way around so you can’t lock/unlock from the inside and there isn’t a dryer as stated. It’s a nice house but I wouldn’t recommend it for a young family like ours in its current condition. We reported a smashed pane of glass in an outbuilding overhanging the parking area and received a very quick response but to our knowledge no one came out to look at it and we received no further updates.

The location and parking is great and the downstairs accommodation was good. I feel the description that it has 3 bathrooms is a little misleading. Theres a bathroom with a mixer tap(nowhere to hook up for a shower). One bedroom has a very small shower cubicle and washbasin in the room(no loo), there is a good downstairs loo. We found the hob difficult to use - very slow to heat up. Great fridge and freezer space. Two of the bedrooms are very small and a challenge for tall people, though sloping ceilings are part of the charm of the house. The 4th bedroom literally only had a bed, no bedside cabinet or lamp and would be very small for 2 people to use.

Second time our family stayed at the property, the location is perfect to explore or just chill in the private garden with its hot tub and dog friendly garden and direct access to lovely riverside walks. The close proximity to small well stocked supermarkets (M&S and CO OP) and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants make it a perfect base. the house is clean, tidy and well equipped -a small welcome pack is a lovely touch. Would not hesitate to return again

House is perfectly located although not the easiest to find due to no house signs on the gate or garage. Ideal location for local amenities etc. Lack of bedside tables in bedrooms…would definitely be useful for them to have some. Garden lovely in the nice weather and nice to have the hot tub

Location is nice, property could be nice, with a bit more TLC Ultimately we arrived in the winter and the property clearly hadn't been properly checked before arrival. We had no heating during our stay, they tried to fix the boiler, but weren't able to during our 3 days. Couple other small challenges with the property including taps not working, drafty doors to the conservatory making the no heating issue worse, and the hot tub was way over chlorinated, think they weren't at the property for a while so just chucked tonnes of chlorine tablets in the HT. No genuine compensatory resolution offered for no heating or hot water during our stay, by the FR team, provided further disappointment. So essentially I have to assess the property on face value cost, and for what we paid it was freezing and none of the group could have a proper wash so...

Lovely cottage in fantastic location but could do with a few improvements. Boiler kept failing, usually when having a shower, tap in kitchen needs tightening as very loose and when toilets flushed, very loud vibrating noise throughout. Need to put bedside cabinets in all bedrooms. TV aerial needs putting on. Pub next door can be very noisy at night.

Location, location, location!! Wonderful property right next to the river Severn with lovely walk right out of the property gates. Ample private parking for 2 vehicles. The garden is lovely and private with a hot tub and spacious conservatory. Well equipped kitchen and downstairs WC. 4 double rooms-the master also having a shower and wash facilities, family bathroom upstairs. The property managers were excellent dealing with a minor problem with an hour. It is a fantastic base to explore the area and we would defiantly return no bedside cabinets!!!

Off street parking and private garden was a added bonus, We had a issue with the hot tub which the owner sorted within the hour. I believe this property was new on the booking market and Sarah and the team have done a fantastic job I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area as it ticks every box
