The ground floor queen bedroom, with heated tile flooring and room darkening drapes, features sliding patio doors where you can watch deer, squirrels, chipmunks and a variety of birds on the bluff as you sit under the covered patio next to the water feature. This room utilizes the ground floor bathroom which is also well supplied with over-sized towels, magnifying mirror, blow dryer and complimentary toiletries.

Nestled between high vegetation fencing in front and the bluff in back is a private, secluded courtyard with bubbling water feature perfect for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon sunning and evening beverages! The propane fire table provides added warmth and ambiance while beckoning all to pull up one of four rocking chairs with accompanying blankets. We provide 2 men's and 2 ladies' bicycles w/baskets for exploring town or pedaling Little Traverse Wheel Way Bike Path. WiFi and an assortment of games and books is available for times when staying in is just as much fun as going out. Oh, and be sure to challenge your partner(s) to a high energy game of vintage PINBALL!

This charming carriage house is literally one block off main...easy walking and biking distance to the newly remodeled theater, cafes, shopping and marina. The local Farmers Market is held twice weekly downtown during summer and fall and there are TWO winter ski resorts just 5 minutes away.
