Stayed Jan 1, 1We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Annies cottage. The welcome pack is ideal for the first cuppa when you arrive and we appreciate all the extra things provided. The rear garden looks fabulous, once a small raised patio it now has a lush green lawn with chairs and tables dotted about. Perfect in summer, especially for kids.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Lots of dust, cobwebs and dog hair didn't look as if it had been thoroughly cleaned for a long time I had to clean it myself!

Stayed Jan 1, 1Perfect for our little family! The décor is lovely, and the rooms are spacious and welcoming. The washing facilities were a real bonus with two young children, and our dog was equally delighted with all the space. The location is fantastic—right on the high street—though it can be a little noisy at night in the summer, which is to be expected. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the property overall is very well-maintained. The children were especially thrilled with the bath! It’s worth noting that the steep stairs, lack of a stair gate, and concrete edges in the garden mean it’s perhaps not ideal for very young children. Likewise, it may not be suitable for older guests or those with limited mobility. We truly loved our stay and would happily recommend it to others!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Annie’s is a great quirky place to spend a holiday in North Norfolk. From stepping into the front door, we felt like we had stepped back in time, very nostalgic feel to the house. The location in sherringham is excellent just a short walk to shops, pubs and restaurants, we loved this property and will definitely return, thank you for a brilliant stay in Annie’s.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Annie's is a nice little cottage very close to shops and seafront but this year was very dusty, dirty and dog hair on kitchen and sitting room floors which was concerning as we had a 14 month old with us who was crawling/toddling around and everything goes in her mouth.
