Amazing Sound Front Cottage with Private Pier and In-Ground Pool!!!

This was our 2nd stay at this house and it did not disappoint. My family and I all enjoyed the house and all the amenities. We all hope to be back!!

The property is great! We've stayed here before and plan on coming back. The kitchen is well equipped and the upstairs house is roomy enough that you can relax either in the tv area or on the sun porch area looking over the pool and sound. It's a very short walk to the beach and the pool area is nice and clean. The owner is very responsive to all text messages. Can't wait to return next year.

We absolutely loved this vacation! The house was very clean and perfect for our family of young adult children and their partners. The kitchen was well stocked, beach access was really convenient and the pool in the backyard was a fun place to relax. But the highlight for us? Watching the sunset from the gazebo at the end of the private pier. So peaceful!

Great cottage. we bring our boat every year. great for kids. beach is right across the road. 5 minute walk.

House met all of our needs and in a great location on the sound with very short walk to public beach access. Had a minor mechanical issue but the PDL team was very quick to respond and correct the situation which was much appreciated.Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sounds Great! The home is well taken care of, clean, and a great location for a beach trip. The part of the island where the home is located is only three houses wide, with a beach access a couple hundred yards away. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets over the sound, and being able to come back to the pool after being on the beachThe house is well stocked in terms of pots and pans, utensils…. Plan to bring your paper products and kitchen staples (oil, salt, pepper…) but otherwise unpack and enjoy.

This house is great for a family stay, especially if you have adult children. They have a private apartment downstairs. They have everything you need for cooking and to make coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at the sound front home! Despite rough weather, we couldn’t have asked for a better time! Thanks for hosting us!

This house was perfect for my husband’s dream beach trip. He loves to fish and with the house having its own private pier and covering, he was able to fish everyday. He caught his own bait as well. We loved the pool as well. The only con was the downstairs looked bigger in the pics than it actually was. We would book this house again
