Great house, great layout, plenty of beds. We will definitely consider staying again if it’s available when we can go again. The property manager communicated very clearly and quickly.

The pictures do not do this vacation home justice!! It is beautiful!! Also, there are so many things available to use that are helpful. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the beds were very comfortable!! I highly recommend this rental. Additionally, the host is extremely kind and courteous!!

Always wanting to start with positives: You can’t beat the location of this property. Just steps from a beautiful, clean and not overly crowded beach. A few things to be aware of: your 160 “linen fee” covers what appears to be commercially cleaned linens. Sounds nice, right? Just save some energy after a (potentially) long day of travel to get to your vacation destination because you get to put the linens on every single bed. And try not to let your mind jump to the logical assumption that this means the bedspreads you’re about to be sleeping under were likely NOT laundered between visitors. (Yuck!)Be sure to remember to bring your own toilet paper as this isn’t provided in your rental costs. Bring your analgesic of choice as well, because the “upgraded” mattresses are quite …mushy for lack of a better term. Also, watch your fingers and small children if you’re trying to go out on the upper deck. Not sure what’s going on with the door/weather stripping there but you have to REALLY want to go out there, and then you’re going to have to fight your way out and back in.Finally, make sure to take a zillion photo upon your arrival and upon check out. Of the most innocuous things, like the layers of grime around door handles and light switches, broken outlet covers. Believe me, they may likely come in handy later!

This house is the perfect location for us. The new beds were very comfortable. Communication and cleanliness were both great. We definitely want to return!

The house was great, all the things you'd expect. Most importantly, the first row house between this house and the ocean is small and the public access point is right next to it, so this second row back from the ocean house felt just as good as first row in my opinion.

Listing matched completely what we saw when we arrived. Has great views of the ocean with plenty of outdoor seating and east access to the beach. Large dining/living area. Kitchen was great with new fridge and all up to date appliances. Beds were large and comfy. TVs in almost all the bedrooms. Parking for our cars was spacious. Owner was great to work with and helpful.

My family and I loved our stay! Easy access to the beach. Ample space for a large family to spend time together but also have space to relax alone. The top deck was wonderful to sit on with the cool ocean breeze and a pretty view!

We love staying in this house near the ocean. It is a perfect fit for our family.

Lovely home

The location, the house, the beach, the HOUSE! Fabulous! My sister, sister in law, 5 granddaughters (ages 10-15) and myself spent a wonderful week here. We went to the beach (which was not over crowded even on July), visited the aquarium, rented a pontoon boat, but this is where we cooked and ate meals, played games and made memories, read books and talked. The girls boogie-boarded and played in the surf almost every day. On the red-flag day (luckily Friday), we did a little packing but we still walked on the beach at night and then returned to sit on the deck. This house was better than described: Clean! Stocked! Soft linens, even on sunburned bodies! Comfortable beds, and fining table to seat 10, plus 5 The location could not have been better. We sat on the ocean facing deck every night and read or just listened to the waves. On July 4th, we saw great firework displays in every direction. It was exactly what we needed. Sammy was awesome at communication and the perfect host. We are already looking for the next dates to return! Thank you

Everything about Beach Retreat East was great! Enjoyed it so much and will definitely come back. So bright and cheerful and convenient to the beach. Loved every minute there. Host Sammy is easy to work with and very helpful!
