Adorable Laguna Beach Cottage -West end PCB- 2 Bedroom & 2 Bath. Private POOL!

This was a great little house! I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, extra soft blankets, toiletries, and the aesthetic. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The communication was good and helpful. Highly recommend.

The location was key. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was just the right size for us. The owner did a great job with making the most with the space, lots of places to hang things and little spots to tuck away items. The house was clean, the pool was just right for the kids to take a dip and splash around. The house was a short drive to the pear. Owner was great to communicate with and gave recommendations on places to visit. Would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The house was perfectly located near the beach, as well as shopping and restaurants. It was in a great location. The house was clean and so cute! The host thought of everything. They had some toiletries provided, blow dryers, a very well stocked kitchen, laundry and cleaning supplies,board games, plenty of pillows and blankets, and tons of beach and pool accessories/equipment. The pool was so nice to soak in after a day at the beach. The host was extremely responsive and replied almost immediately when we had questions. She was helpful and provided recommendations on places to eat, shop, and see while in town. We have zero complaints about our stay. We will definitely be back

The house was as pictured. It was clean, had plenty of skillets/utensils for cooking. Had plenty of blankets and the beds were comfortable. The outside area was nicely decorated and had plenty of seating. The house was also very nicely decorated. There were extra garbage bags which was a plus. It was a quiet area close to beach access. We would stay there again. I actually googled the cookware and bought me set when we got home because I liked it so much.

We enjoyed the quiet community. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing place, have everything you need for a family trip, located juat 2 minutes away from the beach! And is near so many attractions and beautiful places and beaches!! 1000% recomended I will be back soon!!

This property has everything we needed for 4 nights! It was a new listing at the time but you’d never know it. So close to everything and the neighborhood is so cute. There were 4 adults, two kids and an infant and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area is where we spent most of our time. It is a cocktail pool (small) but my 8 year olds stayed in the entire time! It was a 2 mins golf cart ride to the beach and they were even stocked with beach supplies. You literally had to bring NOTHING but a swimsuit. There is a flight of stairs to access the house so keep that in mind. Kelly is an awesome host and was quick to respond to anytime. We are already booking our next stay at Lil Laguna!
