We really enjoyed our stay! Highlights - tv with everything on it, log burner, hot tub, reasonably priced, quick response to emails from staff, doggy station, goat feed and free cakes/milk left in our lodge.. Only issues we had was a leak from the shower and the hot tub was left turned off when staff came to clean it so we was left with a cold hot tub for a night which was a bit disappointing, however overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Modern cottage with everything you need, in a nice development with pigs, goats and alpacas around - the kids loved it! Hosts very responsive and helpful - the vacuum wasn’t working properly so the floors were still a bit dusty, but they had it fixed within 24 hours. Lovely welcome treats and ‘mini bar’. The travel cot was very dirty and smelt musty, but i had brought my own anyway. Blind in one bedroom a bit broken so not fully blackout. Would have been useful to have a stair gate.

Acorn cottage was big with plenty of space for us and our dogs. We loved the hot tub and Netflix was an unexpected surprise..Was a real home from home for us. The owners have made a real effort to think of everything a guest might like or need.

The downstairs was lovely, nice modern clean good facilities. Although traditional, the upstairs is crammed with the slanted roof, so getting in and out of the double bed can be challenging as is using the upstairs loo. Minor in the big scheme of things though. Hot Tub was lovely, The photos on the site really did not do it justice, it was much nicer.

Beautiful setting and accommodation couldn’t have been better - the little touches like welcome pack for adults and dogs was fantastic too. An absolute hidden gem and will absolutely return.

The cottage was truly lovely, and we had everything we needed. Felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be coming back.

A Wonderful Stay at Acorn Cottage We recently stayed at Acorn Cottage in Redberth Gardens, and it was an incredible experience. The cottage is spotless, cozy, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful — perfect for unwinding. Carys and Rhys were fantastic hosts — warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely people. It was also great to meet them after seeing their brilliant appearance on Four in a Bed

Such a fab place to stay, all the animals outside were a big hit with the kids, the cottage had everything we needed and all the little extras were so lovely. The cakes and wine on arrival, the hot tub, the little dog space (even though we didn’t have our dog) I still loved the detail.

Such a beautiful cottage everything you could ever need is there from the little special welcome basket when you arrive. Beds are super comfy and the dogs loved the enclosed garden to run and play in. Already looking for dates to stay again this year. ❤️
