I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is right in downtown. We easily walked to dinner each night. House was perfectly clean, staff was on point, it seemed brand new, and my clients loved it. We would easily stay here again.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025King’s Crown was the perfect house for our family ski trip. It was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. It was also a short walk to the mountain shuttle stop, the grocery store, and Elk Ave. We would definitely stay again.

Reviewer Comments: We rented two homes side-by-side for Thanksgiving this year at Academy Place. The stay was amazing. We had a great service from Crested Butte Property management. The homes are new and modern. The price was very reasonable. Huge amount of space for the family to separate or all be together. The hot tub was very relaxing. The location is between 2-10 blocks from literally everything. The ski slopes are a 5 minute drive or bus ride up the hill. The bus stop is a quick walk or short drive. You won’t regret staying here!

Stayed Aug 22, 2024We enjoyed the accommodations immensely and already planning to book with Academy Place for our next trip. The home is very thoughtfully laid out with very nice appointments. The kitchen is stocked with every dish/cooking appliance you could possibly need. Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor covered back porch over looking the landscaped flowers and walkways.

Stayed Feb 13, 2024This new set of homes has set the standard for us in CB. They are so thoughtfully furnished and exactly the amount of space our family of 6 required. We couldn't recommend King's Crown more highly!
