Stayed Jul 3, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice, we enjoyed staying on the property and will return next summer for a month. The kitchen had everything we needed, the neighbors were quiet. The property is very centrally located. My only criticism is around the bed sheets- they were very rough and felt quite cheap for such a high end, expensive lodging option. Next year since we are staying so long, we might bring our own bed sheets or hope they move to something nicer for the level of guest experience they are otherwise providing.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really like the place but we did have two issues that we reported and want to make sure we’re reported. The first one is it was very noisy in the morning. The crew was working with power tools beginning at 7 AM which is not workable if you’re trying to sleep in. So that’s problem number one. Problem number two. The washer would not work to drain the water out so we had to go to a different unit to wash our clothes. Which is also not fun.Issue We were in contact with the management agency while we were there and they kept saying someone was gonna come fix it but no one ever did. As result at the end of the day I sent a note and asked if we could get some sort of a credit for example, and credit of one free night, but no one ever responded and that was upsetting. We did like the place. It was very nice and new and clean. And great location, of course. But these two problems were a problem for us. It would make us feel treated fairly to have one night free on this day. So we are asking for a refund of one night as result of the excessive noise beginning at 7 AM and then the washer not working.
