A pair of bay view cottages with cable & free WiFi - walk 2 blocks to the beach

This Stay was very disappointing. From the check-in process, where the property management company made you come in person to get a blank envelope since the door had a keycode, to the ants throughout the kitchen and bathroom there were some minor annoyances but there were also some major issues. 1) in unit B one of the bedrooms did not have heat. If it was summer this may not be an issue but when it is getting down into the 30s at night that means its not a usable room. 2) The bunk beds looked, felt, and ultimately broke, like they had been built by Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly in Step Brothers. Slats fell out of the bottom of one of them, and they had a bunch of nail pops. They also were very rickety. 3) Because the bunkbeds were such a disaster we tried to use the sofa bed. When pulling that out it had a stain pattern reminiscent of the blood spatter patterns in Dexter (to be clear it may have been mold, but either way it was disgusting). 4) The internet was essentially non-existent. None of our phones could actually load pages, so we all had to use data. The TVs also solely relied upon internet. There are ethernet cables, but none of the TVs could find a wired connection, leaving us with only the wireless connection. This led to us watching the NCAA tournament in 3-5 minute increments before the Wifi would drop and we would have to set it up again. Overall, I would recommend spending a little more money to say somewhere nicer...I wish we had.

We rented two adjacent cottages that slept 10. The properties were confusing to find and took us 10 minutes to determine where they were. The amenities were acceptable but floors were filthy and the handrail fell off during our walkthrough. Overall acceptable if not special.

Dirty, very run down and far away from the boardwalk

The cottages are ok for a weekend getaway but may be a little small for a party of 12 for an entire week. Also, the bay view is great but the other side of the house offers views of homes with unkept yards, graffiti and trash. These cottages also need to be updated in the kitchen area.

The view of the bay was the best. The cottages were very nice and clean. Loved being close to the water.

location, view, space, everything about this was perfect for our vacation hughly recommend this for families coming down.

Two cute little cottages, great location. Smaller cottage is outdated but it works. Only complaint was how hard it was to get in touch with the property owner if you had any issues.

Immensely enjoyed our stay in this house. It is perfect for a group of friends that need a place to crash. The deck in the mornings and evenings is perfect for drinking coffee. Awesome house, would stay again.

This was a great stay overall. It was extremely easy to check in and check out. Everything was hassle free. The house was a little banged up inside but nothing major to affect our stay. It was pretty clean and a comfortable stay. The location was great on the water, next to a bar, and very close to the beach. I would stay here again with the guys !
