Stayed Oct 14, 2022In town to attend Fall for Greenville and visit with family and friends. This was perfect for our needs. It was private, close to downtown, and had outdoor space. The house was well stocked and was as pictured. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 17, 2022Spent 4 days hiking and biking around Greenville and Brevard. Unit is well appointed with modern amenities. Very quiet area with easy access to downtown and highway interchanges.

Stayed Aug 30, 2022This VRBO is our Favorite!! This was our second time staying here. This time we were in town for our son's Wedding Reception after they had the ceremony in their home state of NH. 20 Brookdale is perfect for my husband and I; The perfect size, everything that we would want and is ALWAYS Clean!! The cottage location is on a quiet street that is just off a main road that gives easy access to downtown Greenville or any number of other directions to take advantage of all that makes up the Greenville area. We will always look to stay here in future visits to our son and daughter-in-law.

Stayed May 11, 2022We had a wonderful time at the cottage on Brookdale. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Greenville is a great city and we’d love to go back soon and stay in this cottage. Bed was great. Bathroom was modern and clean (loved the shower) and nice open floor plan with just enough space for a couple. We were even welcomed with a snack basket! Thanks for making us feel at home.

Stayed May 5, 2022My husband and I stayed at this quaint cottage for a short weekend getaway. The house was perfect and everything we needed for just the two of us. It’s a perfect location for many things around town as well. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Greenville!

Stayed Apr 8, 2022Very clean, had all starter supplies which saved on grocery shopping and was very cozy. Comfy king sized bed, luxury sheets and wonderful decor! Really enjoyed our stay!
