Superbly situated accommodation on the Norfolk coast path. Amazing views and easy to find. Good equipment and lots utensils in the kitchen. General decorating and condition are in need of some attention (kitchen doors - paint - blinds) But this did not detract from our 3 night stay. If you want a spacious well placed house in the busy Sheringham this will be for you.

A lovely light airy space with uninterupted views of the sea. Access to the beach very close down a slope and some steps.Comfortable beds and everything we used worked well - I like to cook local produce and the kitchen was fine. Perhaps you could leave some teabags for future guests . I had to pop out to the shops on arrival for those, and some salt.

The house was very well represented on Vrbo and the photos were accurate. It suited our needs perfectly as two families holidaying together spanning three generations. The kitchen was actually more spacious than we were expecting. Sea Wrack has unbeatable views, is in a great location an easy 5 minute walk into the centre of the town and barely two minutes down the adjacent path to the beach. The house is well-equipped for self-catering (great hob, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer) and we do like to cook together. We've already booked to return next year!

The property is in a great location for unending views of the sea....the climb on foot from town or beach is not for the elderly or the unfit ...the property is getting tired in some places , soft furnishings would benefit from a clean eg.the sofa/cushions /rugs in the lounge and the extractor fan in the kitchen was very bad .All bedding was beautiful and looked new and the bedrooms were very clean as were the bathrooms. With groups of people staying either side of us the walls are very thin and one cant help wishing the lovely floorboards in all the properties were carpeted! We love Sheringham and the lovely beach so our stay was still enjoyable.

Great base for nine of us to walk the north Norfolk coast. Layout means you're not in each other's way, but have perfect spaces to eat, plan and chat together. Well equipped kitchen and everything that needed to work did.

Fabulous holiday home, in an amazing location to the beach & amenities. The house provided us with a home from home feel and met our needs perfectly. Just a few minor negative, which were noisy bathroom ventilators through the night (due to weather), creaking bedroom floorboards and easier instructions needed to work the oven, however these little niggles did not spoil our stay. Excellent communation from host. Would stay again and recommend to others Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

It was October and we were blessed with a mix of weather. The house was a good size but still felt cosy, it was warm and comfortable. The location is ideal, at the base of the Beeston Bump and 100 yards down the slope to the sea front. The whole of Sheringham is within walking distance - 10 minute stroll to the high street. An allocated parking space right outside is great and there is street parking very close - although maybe not in peak. The lack of a fully enclosed garden was all that was missing for me. The deck area is lovely but not so practical with a young lively dog but he loved the location with so many walks on the doorstep. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with hi tech appliances (could have done with an idiots guide - how to turn on the oven and washing machine) but we figured it out. Wifi good. All in all a lovely home from home by the sea. We would return and recommend. Top tip - book No. 10 restaurant, we will return to Sheringham just for their food and ambiance! Such a lovely house with fantastic views of the sea. Bathrooms need a little TLC but appreciate that is a costly thing to sort. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Lovely place to stay with two families as we could have one floor each. Only problems were the showers, they didn't stay up on the brackets but otherwise water temp and pressure was fine. Considering it had to arrive later and depart earlier for extra cleaning we weren't convinced by the standard of cleaniness I. E some dust and hair present. But after we did extra wiping around it was fine. They supplied anti bac hand soap etc and overall we enjoyed our stay. Could do with more parking though.
