Stayed Jul 26, 2025Easy to find and easy check in! Didn’t realize from the listing that this unit is attached to another unit and not a stand alone house so at night I could hear some noise. The host communicated well with us and let us know about all information in a timely manner. We were pleased to find beach items we could use during our stay, even though we had brought some along, they had several things we really needed like the cabana We left our items behind hoping someone gets good use of them as well! The place is super close to the beach but you definitely have to go early as there isn’t much parking at the public beach access. Our last night here we cooked dinner on the grill and enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. The only thing I can say about this stay that is half negative is that the place needs a good deep clean. We had an infant with us crawling everywhere and he was constantly covered in dog hair. We aren’t pet owners, so for us having dog hair on everything was a bit of a turn off.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We had such a great time at 4013 The Rookery III! Melinda went above and beyond to stay in contact and make sure everything we needed was handled! The house was stocked with beach towels and beach essentials (tents, chairs, toys, puddle jumper) which was super helpful! We loved that it was pet friendly so our golden retriever could join us on vacation! Thanks for a great stay!
