Classic, updated beach house surrounded by live oaks. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is within walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Southern Shores on the Outer Banks. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen with a gas range for cooking and all modern stainless steel appliances and a large sectional sofa in the great room with a flat screen TV, DVD player, Roku-box, and board games. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed and private deck, sharing a bathroom. The main floor has one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. All linens and towels are provided. There is also a ground floor laundry room with an extra fridge/freezer and multiple beach chairs and accessories. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The large, fenced-in backyard is very private and has plenty of space for your dogs and the wraparound deck is gated allowing pets and guests to roam. An ideal, quiet location to escape with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment conveniently located nearby. Active duty military, veterans, and first responders receive a discount.
