Rosemary met us at the house to show us around and tell us where everything was located. The house was exceptionally clean and just the right size for our group of four.

The property was exactly as listed. Very nice property!! Cozy, beautiful, charming. Beds were super comfortable. This place has everything including a beautiful setting and a screened gazebo area on the deck. No many nice touches to list!I absolutely recommend!

We always enjoy this quiet corner of McKinley. The cottage is very clean and stocked with what we need. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful Michigan stay. Rosemary, the owner, met us when we arrived and gave us all of the information about the property! We took advantage of almost all of the amenities, including the outdoor shower. The beach access is only a few steps down the road, and the stairway down was not bad at all. The only problem is that we all wish that we could have stayed longer!

This property was close to the beach and great for walking to other areas of Union Pier. The house was neat and clean and the kitchen offered updated appliances with a handy ice maker. It was perfect for our family of two adult couples and a 4 year old. A bonus is the deck with an outside shower. I would recommend this property!

We love this place and come back each summer to enjoy the beach and the beautiful natural setting around the cottage. Mike and Rosemary are always very nice, communicative and helpful. The gas grill and outdoor screened in dining area are great for eating outdoors without getting attacked by bugs. Their AC is awesome and the house always stays cool inside, even on really hot days. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing off after a day at the beach so you don't bring sand in the house. Union Pier is a charming little beach town and New Buffalo is just down the road if you are looking for more restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a week with our two young children (almost 5 and a 2 year old) and we had a great time! The location to the beach is perfect and the space worked very well for us. Rosemary and Mike were super responsive whenever we had any questions or concerns. Would stay here again!

Proximity to gorgeous beach (just steps away!) and short drive to Indiana Dunes Natl Park. Communication with hosts was terrific. Loved the outdoor shower, beach equipment, and screened porch.

This was the most perfect place for my annual beach trip with my daughter and grandson! The cottage is immaculate and is so cozy and comfortable! Top of the line and has everything you need! Nice walk to the beach! I loved all the nature, listening to birds while sipping on coffee on the deck! Outdoor turn so comfy! The outdoor shower was amazing to clean off sandy feet! Mike and Rosemary are the perfect host! Will return again!

This is probably one of the most well equipped properties we have stayed at. The property is cute and cozy with great proximity to the quaint downtown and access to the tiny public beach. Rosemary met us at check in to give us a very thorough tour and the keys. Rosemary is so very sweet and left nothing in question about our stay. Would stay again and recommend to others!

This beach house was immaculate and had custom finishes throughout. The house was a short walk to the beach & great family vacation destination for my husband and two adult sons in their 20’s. The house has the master bedroom on the main floor, another bedroom upstairs and a third loft bedroom with a tv. We will be staying here again!

Our family had a perfect stay in this beautiful Union Pier cottage! The cottage itself is immaculate, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We especially loved all the outdoor spaces. As described, it's in a very peaceful, quiet area and an easy walk to a lovely beach. The cottage was stocked with everything we could need during our stay. Rosemary and Mike were very attentive and thoughtful in all our communications. They are wonderful hosts! We look forward to a return trip!
