Just over a mile from the centre of Hayle and the stunning stretch of Southwest Coastal path that runs from Hayle Estuary to Godrevy, and within a short drive of St. Ives and Penzance, this holiday home from home offers easy access to the wilds of West Cornwall.

With two bedrooms (one double, one twin), bathroom and open plan living, dining and kitchen space, 35 Strawberry Hill offers modern comforts and on-site facilities such as pool, shop, restaurant and children's activities such as playground and soft play.

Downstairs
Open plan lounge / kitchen / diner - 2 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, side table with lamp, dining table and 4 chairs and smart TV.
Kitchen - fitted with fridge/freezer, free standing cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the usual plates, cutlery, glasses, pans and cooking utensils.
Bathroom - shower over the bath, wash hand basin, toilet, heated towel rail, and plenty of hooks for towels etc.

Upstairs
Double bedroom - king size double bed, bedside cabinet with lamps, storage shelves, hanging rail.
Twin bedroom - 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with lamp, simple storage shelves and hanging rail.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
