This house is so clean and the location to Bay St is not a problem for us and we're over 60! The neighborhood is quiet, and the people are so friendly. Awesome front porch and back yard!

Very clean and comfortable. Exactly as advertised.

We come to Beaufort once a month for work. This is one of the best homes we have stayed in. Neat, clean everything you would need for a long or short stay. Parking is on the street but it is inset off the road. Quiet area. We didn't get to use the relaxing outside area (too hot) but would in cooler weather. Walked to local resturants (10 mins). Roku tv with extras (HBO/HULU). Home was very organized with plenty of room for our stuff. Charging stations by bedside..why doesn't everyone do that?? We couldn't ask for a better place.

The host emailed me to cancel my reservation 2 1/2 hours before check in time - something about Vrbo calendars not syncing. The host was polite by text and refunded my costs quickly but I had already arrived in Beaufort. Aliaa with customer service was helpful in getting my costs refunded and provided information on what I could do next but, I got no help with finding a new Vrbo site and spent the next two hours trying to find a hotel since all Vrbo sites were full or because a day of reservation is not possible. Now I have paperwork to complete for my vacation to get reimbursed for the cost difference. I was trying to get away from paperwork. This was not a vacation. It set the mood for the rest of my stay and is probably the worst vacation I have had.

The cottage was lovely, well decorated and furnished. It was the perfect size for us with a room to spare. We didn’t stay long enough to use the backyard. The location was perfect and a quiet easy walk to downtown. We’d have been happy to stay longer. And would stay again if we come back. Thank you Karen

This lovely renovated and decorated cottage was perfect for my sister and me as we made a short trip to Beaufort. There is nothing not to love about it from the rocking chairs on the porch, new kitchen and baths, and the cozy, comfortable living area. Oh, and the beautiful patio/back yard! For a few days, a week, or a month this is a wonderful home away!

Sunshine Cottage is a wonderful place to stay from the decor, location and amenities to the cozy look & feel of each room. Our family stayed the week of Christmas and I was able to cook and bake like I do in my home kitchen. Easy parking in front and loved having Hulu, Max, Peacock and Paramount channels on the TV.

The check in process was smooth, the location was terrific and the cottage was perfect! My wife and I couldn’t have been happier. We’ll definitely stay here again if it’s available when we visit Beaufort again.

Took a girls trip to Savannah and decided to do a quick overnight in Beaufort. This cute (not so) little cottage was a nice fit for our evening. We only spent one night so didn't get to enjoy much of the house but wish we could've stayed longer! Perfect night in front of the fireplace watching Christmas movies. Very nicely preserved and decorated. Everything you need in a rental and more! Close to downtown. Enjoyed the downtown & historic districts. Looking forward to coming back and spending more time!

The property was clean and attractively decorated. The linens were very nice quality. The property manager was very responsive to questions.

Our 3rd stay here, visiting from CT, this time with our two adult sons. the cottage had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Loved exploring the Beaufort area and Hunting Island with the kids. Spent a day in Charleston also, easy ride from the Cottage. I’m sure we will back again in the future.

Amazing property with convenient downtown access. Excellent communication with Karen. Amenities were spot on and property had great kitchen and backyard space! Highly recommend.
