3-Bedroom Oceanfront Cottage with Private Beach

Just what I needed - a cozy cottage with amazing views.

Blissful week literally steps down onto the Brewster Flats. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood my family of 4 (including 13 & 17yr olds) enjoyed beach walks, bonfire on the beach,and paddle boarding. House is a quick 10 min bike ride or 5 min drive to JTs, Brewster Bookstoere, Snowy Owl for coffee. House had everything you need for a wonderful week at the beach.

You can't beat the location and views that this cottage offers. Our favorite place to stay in Brewster. Walkable to JT's, the bookstore and other local shops.

We loved the beautiful views of the sea with the magnificent changing tides, the starry skies at night, and the convenience of walking down the stairs to a the private beach. This is definitely a destination location and we spent most of our time enjoying the deck and walks on the beach. The house provided plenty of room for my husband and myself as well as a daughter who came with our two pre-teen granddaughters for an overnight. I would give five stars but I think the bathroom could use an update (particularly the tub) although there was plenty of hot water. We plan to return next year!

I vacationed in this house with my husband and our three children. The house was very clean and the perfect size for our family. I liked that linens and bath towels were provided so we didn’t have to pack these additional items. The beach is even more beautiful in person. We all loved swimming in the bay, hanging out on the beach, and watching the beautiful sunsets every evening from the deck. We encountered no issues during our stay so there was no need to reach out to the property manager. All information we needed was provided to us before hand. We definitely would rent this property again and hope to be back in the future!

This is a fabulous place. Although the bedrooms and bathroom are small, the place is clean and comfortable. The views and location are perfect. It is relaxing just looking out onto the water, watching the tides roll in and out. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is nearby. Bring your bikes!

Amazing stay! Couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. Everything you need to enjoy your stay was supplied. Beach chairs, toys for kids, grill and grill amenities and cleanliness of linens and cottage was amazing! The private beach was amazing! What a spot! The host was very responsive and very helpful of all concerns. Loved the book of house rules and things to do in the area. Very helpful!

This is our third time staying here. Every time has been spectacular. Sunrises AND sunsets! Besides the place and surroundings, the owners were great to work with and it shows that they really care about the quality for quests. Looking forward to next year!
