Stayed Sep 3, 2024This visit we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. Did not have the fresh & clean smell. The floor in front of fridge had a big sticky spot. Inside fridge there were red & yellow spills. The towels and sheets in downstairs bedroom were very hairy. We’re just letting you know because this is not the standard we have come to expect. Sometimes people get lack in their duties & wanted to let you know.

Stayed Jan 14, 2023Located in a quiet neighborhood close to beach and in a fantastic location in Miramar Beach. Entry into the gated community and check-in process to house was easy. Communications with Kathy the property manager was great. She was very responsive and very helpful. Short walk to beach. Family enjoyed our stay and recommend this proper for a family vacation.

Stayed Nov 10, 2022Really enjoyed our stay at Sand n Sea cottage. The inside was very nice and well kept. Highly recommend this property. Will definitely add it to my list of places to stay again next time I return to Destin area.
