We had a wonderful week, the house is in a great location and really clean. The owners were really helpful and quick to sort any issues we had.

Lovely cottage, beautifully refurbished this year. The photos do not do it justice. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We were very grateful for all the baby equipment including the cot, high chair and stairgate. Loved the outside room - perfect for damp days. Would only be improved by an outside tap to rinse off sandy little feet before they come in. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We cannot fault this property, which was excellent. All seemed very new and tastefully set out in all respects. The 8/10 score for VfM is more of a reflection that it is expensive, in general, for cottage holiday lets in this area. Nonetheless, we would deffinately recommend Lynbank to our family and friends. Lynbank is well located in a cul de sac off Seahouses Mani Street. It is less than 2 minutes walk to the Coop, and an easy walk to the harbour. Lynbank has had a lot of work done on it to good effect. 3 bed, kitchen diner and separate sitting room, plus spacious summer house. The owner/caretaker had clearly gone to a lot of trouble to get the house sorted, both for letting and for Covid. I would go back and would also recommend. A nice house in the friendly village of Seahouses. The garden is fully enclosed with a locked gate so great for kids and dogs. The kitchen is adequately equipped with pans etc but no store cupboard bits like some places I have stayed (apart from coffee and the like). We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and the house was a lovely base to come back to with a really nice feel to it. The rooms are spacious and well decorated with wood floors. We will happily stay again.
