What a wonderful place. The bungalow itself was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and only a few minutes walk to shops, cafes and restaurants with Seahouses Harbour just 10minutes walk. The house isn't big or luxurious but was absolutely perfect. The welcoming gifts of cake, wine and dog treats and toys were delightful. We had a late arrival time, the heating and lights were on for us and there was milk in the fridge for a cup of tea. We will definitely be back. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The bungalow was absolutely spotless and we really appreciated the welcome pack that we found on arrival - bread, milk, a bottle of wine and a delicious cake. (We found out it from from Trotters on the High Street and ordered another later in the week). I took a load of things with us, thinking we would need them as we were self catering but I needn’t have bothered. The owners have thought of absolutely everything - from tea and coffee to every imaginable item that you could need in the kitchen. There was a clean dog bed in the property and a lovely pack for the dog, including a bag of treats, some toys and a roll of poo bags. The bungalow is set at the end of a cul de sac in a small, quiet development of similar properties and only 5 minutes walk from the main high street. I also loved that there was a secure back garden that was ideal for the dog. Our only slight niggle were that the beds and the pillows were a little too firm for us but I understand that you can’t cater to everyone’s tastes. The mattress in the main bedroom also seemed to slope down at one edge (on the patio door side), so after the first night we swapped rooms with our son and he slept in the middle of the bed of the main bedroom and we took the smaller double room and slept much better.
