While away your time gazing out the large picture frame windows overlooking the sea, we can assure you the view will not disappoint.

St Ives is a popular harbour town located in West Cornwall and is well renowned for its art scene. Many galleries line the quaint cobbled streets, which are only a short walk away from the property. As well as these you are sure to find an abundance of shops, restaurants and pubs to keep you entertained during your stay.

GARDEN AND PARKING

Patio area to the front of the property with table, chairs and a bench, outdoor shower with area to hang wet suits and access to garage where there are beach toys and equipment, full size table tennis table, BBQ and chiminea (logs not provided) for guests use. Tiered garden (not enclosed) to the rear, small patio table and chairs with stunning sea views. Please note there are steep steps to the lower level which may not be suitable for very young or the elderly. Parking for 2 small to medium cars in front of the garage however please note that manoeuvrability may be difficult due to turning space to drive. Drive width is 2.3 metres.


Pet Friendly: Maximum 3 pets; £25 per pet per week.
