Kitchen/ Dining Room: The kitchen area is well equipped with and electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and the stable door lets in the fresh sea air.


Family Shower Room: With a walk-in shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.


FIRST FLOOR:


Living Room: The high ceiling and exposed beams are lovely features within this room which also boasts comfy sofas and an armchair, coffee table and TV with Freeview.


Bedroom 3: With two single beds, chest of drawers and hooks for hanging clothes.


SECOND FLOOR:


Bedroom 1: With a king size bed, bedside tables, TV and hanging space.


En suite shower room: With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.


Bedroom 2: With two single beds, chest of drawers and hanging space.


Parking: Mario House offers an allocated parking space for one vehicle a fifteen-minute walk away.
