Nant Awel is in an ideal location, just over half a mile from the lovely, sandy beachat Llanbedrog with its row of colourful beach huts, and within half a mile of the excellent village facilities, cafes, convenience stores, petrol station and pubs. Ideal for visiting Abersoch, Aberdaron, Rhiw and the countryside of the Lleyn Peninsula and just a short drive to the town facilities and marina at Pwllheli.


Living Room: a truly stunning room, blending a rich palette of opulent colours, antique and retro-style furniture, rugs over wooden flooring, original artwork and ambient lighting. Floor to ceiling glazed bi-fold doors all along one wall give a superb outlook over the patio and grounds. Three sofas and an armchair, wood-burning stove, TV, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker. Reclaimed wooden dining table with eight colourful chairs for dining.


Kitchen: open-plan with the living room, a breakfast bar and three stools divide the space and impressive exposed brickwork provides an on-trend backdrop; large range-style cooker with two ovens and gas burners, integrated microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided) , fridge and freezer.
