Spend time getting stuck into the AONB coast and countryside that surrounds you before heading home to put your feet up amongst exceptional company.

Feature fireplaces, extensive bay windows and high ceilings with ornate moulding are just some of the handsome features that set this property apart from the rest. Three bedrooms can be found laid out over three storeys with the first super-king-size on the ground floor and a super-king-size and a twin on the second floor. The larger bedrooms are equipped with zip-and-link beds to create versatile sleeping arrangements. At the centre of the house, find a lounge/diner and an adjacent kitchen. With a charming window seat for admiring the view, a Smart TV and plenty of games, this floor really is the most chilled-out space for day and night relaxation. On summer nights you can also slip out onto the terrace to relax there.

Surrounded by Cornwall’s mighty coastal AONB, Fowey is a lovely little town and the perfect starting point for so many coast and country walks. Head east towards Par (3.5 miles), the home of Cornwall’s iconic Eden Project (7 miles), passing by beautiful beaches including Polkerris (3 miles) and Polridmouth (2 miles). In the other direction, pass over the river into the neighbouring village of Polruan (0.5 miles) to visit Polruan Castle and take a long walk along the stunning coastal path.
