On the ground floor, you’ll be welcomed into the heart of the house - the contemporary kitchen/diner with a TV, gas fire and two comfortable chairs to relax upon. There’s also a handy utility room on this level. The first floor is home to a luxurious super king-size bedroom with a TV and an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find two more bedrooms - a regal king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a cosy children’s bunk room. The third floor is where you can truly unwind and enjoy the stunning views of the estuary and rooftops. Sit back in comfortable armchairs and watch the Smart TV, or make yourself a drink in the small kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and kettle. There’s also a cloakroom for your convenience. The jewel of this property is the stunning roof terrace boasting marvellous views across Fowey, the estuary, and out to sea. Enjoy your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the water.


Step into the charming town of Fowey and immerse yourself in a variety of unique shops, eateries, and waterfront cafes. There’s a packed calendar of events to experience too. In May, the town hosts the Fowey Festival of Words and Music, and the Fowey Royal Regatta takes place in August. With its location in one of Cornwall’s most breathtaking Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, there’s an abundance of picturesque coastline and sandy beaches to discover. Take the foot ferry to Polruan or enjoy the sheltered sandy beach of Readymoney Cove, both less than a mile away. From Readymoney Cove, you can follow the South West Coast Path towards spectacular Gribbin Head, 3 miles away.
