The 2 Wee Cottages are located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fredericksburg, Texas in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Giant Pecan trees are the backdrop for two independent guest cottages that offer seclusion, serenity and a wonderful haven to relax, refresh and enjoy a much-needed respite from hectic lives. Each cottage has all of the comforts of home plus a wonderful screened in porch on each cottage complete with a private hot tub. With the new addition of the plunge pool, 2 WeeCottages is the perfect place for a peaceful couple's retreat!

Granny Hein House
LOCATION - 7 blocks north of Main on a quiet street in the Historic District
HOSTS - Your host lives on the property in her own home, but guarantees complete privacy. She is available for you if needed.
SLEEPS - 2 people in a king bed.
BATH - Private bath with a shower.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a regular coffeemaker, no dishwasher.
BREAKFAST - No breakfast. Coffee and tea provided.

Things to be aware of:
- The pool is only available from 8 am until 10 pm.
- There is a camera on the host's home that faces the right side carport, a camera on the left side that faces the driveway, a camera on the front that faces the driveway, and a camera on the rear that faces the pathway by the pool.
- The caretaker of the property has three friendly dogs that you may see during your stay.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones).
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
