2 Min to Parkway | Arcade, Jetted Tub & Fireplace

Great, convenient property right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge but far enough away to escape the traffic noise. All the amenities have been thought of. Having your own garage to park in is a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Great clean place to stay! We loved having access to the garage! It kept our Jeep dry and safe while the top and doors were off during the rain storms!

The house was clean, location was excellent, close to everything. Jen was wonderful to work with. The pool was a nice bonus. Quiet area. This was the best house overall that we have stayed in while in Pigeon Forge and we have stayed in many over the years.

Second time at this cottage and won't be the last. Jen was fantastic to make our visit a great one. Didn't need or want for anything.

We really enjoyed staying a this property as it allowed us to bring our family dog. Its rare that we go anywhere without her. The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood about 3 minutes from the Starlight Diner and Cracker Barrell. The closeness to all the attractions allowed for it to be a central base for our activities, allowing us to rest a bit or walk the dog. The house has everything you would expect a home to have, ie coffee maker, plenty of dishes, cups, and silverware. The kids enjoyed the novelty of sleeping in the bunk bed together, until they didnt. We hope to come back in the future.

This property was clean, organized, well kept. Appreciated that the mattresses were zipped with covers! With an uneasy feeling staying anywhere other than home, I was surprised to feel comfortable with the level of cleanliness. (That's saying something, for sure!) Can't thank the owners enough for making this unit available for others to enjoy! Much appreciated! Wish our stay could have been longer, but just a short trip to introduce grandchildren to DollyWood. Amazing time by all. Hope to stay here again in the future. Thank You

Cozy Cottage worked perfectly for our family. The location and neighborhood can’t be beat. Everything was neat and clean and the layout of the house is great. Having garage access was so helpful and convenient. Jen was so kind, impressively responsive and wonderful to work with. This is the best place we’ve stayed in the smokies using VRBO. We highly recommend and plan to stay again next visit!

The property was perfect for my family

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge. The pool was great after a long day of hiking (or shopping). The game system was a lot of fun! Would stay again if we are in the area!

This condo was right of the main drag but tucked away in a quiet cul de sac. We were close to everything! It was clean and had everything we could possibly need.

Did not realize this was a condo so was a little disappointed but the place was nice and everything we did was close and convenient. Enjoyed the mountains.
