Stayed Jul 19, 2024We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and neighborhood was safe. Our only concern was that it is listed on VRBO as a three bedroom and it is only two bedrooms. There are three beds but NOT theee bedrooms. One of us ended up sleeping on coach due to the confusion. We still enjoyed our stay but would recommend that this be clarified on the listing.

Stayed Aug 4, 2022Our family spent a long weekend at the 57 Riverside “Compound” and had a great time. The family arrived in waves from Thursday night until Saturday morning. Four of us adults went scalloping at Crystal River Watersports on Saturday afternoon and had a lot fun with this day on the Gulf. CRW is about 15 minutes away and I would highly recommend going scalloping if you come here July thru September when the season is open. We mostly ate in while here. Cooked steaks on Friday on the charcoal grill (time for a new grill guys?) and Saturday got pizzas down at Old Pub that wasn’t awful ? Did a little fire in the fire pit after dinner and the kid had the typical fun that goes with that. Sunday was a trip to the boat ramp at the end of CR 40 (about 10 minutes) to take out my Son-in-law’s boat. So beautiful out there, and it’s a great ramp from which to launch, plenty of parking for vehicles with trailers.
