2 bedroom accommodation in Fowey

I have been coming to Fowey for 30 years and always have a wonderful time no matter what the weather holds. The Cottage was in beautiful condition, warm, homely, comfortable and the Owners very thoughtful and helpful with a very nice “welcome pack”- we will be coming back-

Property was perfect and lovely south facing patio and outside furniture. helpful info from locals for up to date info about walks to cove etc and very good town bus service. House info was slightly out of date

Great cottage for two plus dog but I would think a little on the snug side for four especially adults. Netflix became important as we hit lockdown but we were unable to access it with the given passcode. The fridge freezer is bijou to say the least which was a bit of a challenge due to the need to cater for the lockdown! All pluses were the lovely fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen, effective shower, peaceful location and loads of storage. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

just wanted to let you know how thrilled we were with the cottage this time around. The attention to detail is obvious, the owners have spent quite a bit upgrading things and adding those extra little touches that make such a difference between a nice clean accommodation, and a special place to stay. We have visited several time’s in the past and it’s been great but this time you have surpassed our expectations. The only criticism I can add is that the fridge is too small and low down for us, I personally think sacrificing A bit of the Kitchen worktop would be worth it so you could put a full size fridge in its place, The linen was beautiful and you’ve really gone to town on the shower unit which is a big plus and we loved all the new lighting, furniture, decor and the welcome pack was a lovely added extra which we didn’t expect. You cleaner was very friendly when I contacted her to see if we could get in slightly earlier. You should be so proud of what you have done. Lovely cottage ,cosy and comfortable and really clean,soft towells ,funny to say I know but quite often we get hard towells,very well equipped. We loved staying here. Great location; we enjoyed the footpaths to Readymoney Cove and Fowey. The cottage is very well appointed and beautifully clean. A very comfortable stay for a family of 4 (children sharing). We would have liked an armchair instead of the bucket chair and a small bistro table for the garden but these are minor points and didn't impinge on our enjoyment. The cottage had just been tastefully refurbished throughout, with high quality furniture, fittings and equipment. Comfortable beds, cavernous shower and brand new carpets. It was a delightful place to stay and made us feel special just being there. With so many walks from the doorstep, it was also ideal for a holiday with a dog. I had just one criticism - the fridge-freezer was woefully inadequate for the size of the property. It annoyed me every time I opened it. It was completely rammed the whole time, meaning I had to get on my hands and knees and unpack it every time I needed to find something. There’s plenty of room for a full size fridge-freezer either by the front door or at the bottom of the stairs, so I couldn’t understand why such a tiny one had been fitted.
