Bathroom with shower over bath, wash basin and wc. First Floor: Lounge with Smart TV, DVD player anddecorative stove style gas fire. This room has a bed/settee to sleep a fourth person or as an alternative double. Second Floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and TV. Bedroom with 3ft bed and TV.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Stair gate provided.

Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Stove style gas fire purely decorative purposes only. Mobile phone reception varies. Narrow road leading up to the property and there is limited room for opening car doors, large cars may struggle with corners.
