Entrance up 1 flight of stairs to First Floor: Kitchen/dining room with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom with 5ft bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Separate wc. Bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and utilitycupboard with washing machine and tumble drier. Second Floor: Attic living room with TV, DVD player and balconette window with rooftop views of St Ives and the harbour.


Pet Welcome: 1 pet welcomed at £25 per week.


Power and heating: Central heating, electricity included.

Bed and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
