This delightful little cottage is set back from the road in a pedestrian courtyard, in the heart of Downalong. It is only a few metres from the harbour yet close to the beautiful Porthmeor beach. The cottage is well equipped and comfortable retaining much of its original character.

Ground Floor: Entrance from courtyard through entrance porch to Lounge/Dining room. Beamed ceiling, original wide polished floorboards. Remote controlled gas fire. Smart TV with access to Netflix and 2 seatsofa. Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave. First floor: Bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed. Bedroom with 3ft bed & wardrobe. Bathroom with large walk in shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.


Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs, £25 per week.


Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. Large parking space for 1 car in a private parking area located at the end of Burrow Road.
