Set in the heart of the Georgian market town of Holt, this delightful cottage makes a lovely holiday base for couples, friends and small families exploring the glorious countryside and beautiful coastline of North Norfolk. Offering cosy accommodation for up to three guests, the cheerful retreat has a cute, relaxing atmosphere, and has been tastefully decorated in light, soothing tones, with comfortable furnishings throughout. Perfect for eager walkers and nature lovers, this cheerful hideawayprovides a fantastic base for discovering the area’s historic sites, lovely countryside and glorious sandy beaches.


At the entrance of the cottage, there’s a welcoming conservatory making a delightful spot for enjoying breakfast or a drink in the evenings. Heading through, the cosy lounge has soft furnishings, a smart TV and feature fireplace, offering a lovely space to snuggle up to watch a movie or catch up with a book. The lounge opens through to the kitchen/diner which is ideal for preparing and sharing all your favourite meals. Heading up the steep and narrow cottage-style staircase, the first floor has a pretty family bathroom and two pretty bedrooms: a sweet double and a cosy single, both charmingly decorated. Outside, there’s a small enclosed courtyard with a garden bench which is a cheerful spot for sitting out with a morning coffee before heading out to explore this beautiful part of Norfolk.


The property is just around the corner from Holt’s thriving high street with lots to offer all year round, with a fine array of boutique shops, galleries, delicatessens, cafes, restaurants and pubs and summer/winter events, such as Holt Market every sunday during the summer, and then Holt lights during the winter bringing hundreds of people to the town for the light switch on. The coast is just a short drive to the north, with nearby beaches including those at Sheringham, Weybourne and Cromer all within 10 miles. Other local attractions include Amazona Zoo, Baconsthorpe Castle, Holt Country Park, the Mannington Estate, Hindringham Hall Gardens, Muckleburgh Military Collection and the Blickling Estate, all within 10 miles.
