Take a break at this traditionally styled, Grade II-listed cottage located in the Georgian town of Holt and spend quality time with those you love, be it friends or family. Located close to both the coast and countryside, there is plenty to see and do, from a visit to the whimsical woodland at Holt Country Park (1 mile) to a day spent at Sheringham Beach (8 miles) soaking up the coastal culture.

The living room is bold and full of character with elegant sofas and handpicked feature furniture which fit with the heritage of the local area. At the centre of the room is a wood burner which creates a cosy atmosphere during the winter months. Next door, the kitchen has a warm and welcoming ambience with wood finishing and plenty of natural light coming through the large windows, as well as a table seating four. There is a handy utility room also located on the ground floor with a shower cubicle, as well as a WC. Both bedrooms lie on the first floor with charming decor fitting with the rest of the property. There are made up of a king-size bedroom with an ornamental fireplace and a delightful double bedroom.

Holt itself has plenty on offer with a range of independent shops to explore including a number of antique establishments where you can find an array of trinkets to mark your trip, as well as some fine eateries for a tasty treat. Visit Blakeney National Nature Reserve (4 miles) for your chance to spot England’s largest grey seal colony and to explore the varied terrains of salt marsh, shingle and sand dunes. From here, you can join a stretch of the Norfolk Coast Path towards Wells or Sheringham for a picturesque walking trail with the family.
