Welcome to our walkable, luxury cottage retreat in Tyler’s historical Azalea District. Built in 1946, we lovingly restored it in 2021 and again in 2026, with fresh paint a new 2-spa-bath remodel showcasing smart bidet toilets, LED touch mirrors, spa showers and genuine Dutch Delft Blue tiles and hand-painted tile artwork. Stayed Oct 31, 2024We loved everything about this charming and very comfortable home. The location was perfect-less than a mile from the event facility, so coming and going was a breeze. A carport for our car was a bonus! Comfy furniture and bed and the kitchen was well stocked for the cooking we did. Hosts were instantly available to answer our questions. Well stay here again on our next trip!

Being old, we had a few questions about newer TV, lock box, and A/C control, but Daniel talked us through it all! He was very accommodating! We felt very safe in this beautiful community!

Stayed Aug 10, 2024My mom and I came to visit my granddaughter and her great granddaughter living in Tyler. My mom was able to bring her dog and the baby stayed with us a couple of nights. It was the perfect stay and we loved the place.

Stayed May 2, 2024We were in Tyler for a music festival and chose this cute little place to stay a few days. From the moment you walk in, it's charm welcomes you in. For a 2B 1Ba, this place was super roomy. We didn't cook while we were there, but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom had everything you could possibly need, from shampoos and soaps, to qtips. What struck us the most was the cleanliness of this home. Every area of this home was absolutely spotless. I would definitely stay here again.
