The property is at the end of a dead end road and literally steps down to the PRIVATE beach. It’s located perfectly to experience both sunrises and sunsets. It’s one of the few properties that actually has a small but well kept lawn to walk around on and the house is well equipped so really all you need are your clothes and toiletries and sheets for the beds. Grocery stores and restaurants are a short drive away. The ocean was amazingly calm with daily sightings of harbor seals, loons and even whales off in the distance. This was our first trip to the Cape and we could not have asked for more. We loved our home away from home on the beach for the week and we look forward to returning. Thank you!

This property is located in an awesome quiet location on a dead end street with private beach access. The house was well outfitted with everything needed as far as cookware, gas grill and lawn furniture, and the views are spectacular!

The property was perfect for our party of four adults. If you're looking for a relaxing home, with amazing views, directly on the beach, you'll love this property. The home was clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Groceries and take-out were nearby and we enjoyed eating on the deck overlooking the water for lunch and more formal meals in the dining room. Without question, all four of us agreed that we would stay here again.

We had a great time in East Sandwich with this house being right on the Beach. Just down some steps and then sand... The arrangement of the house was wonderful for a communal family atmosphere. Our son played his acoustic guitar in the loft which carried nicely throughout the house. We spent a lot of time on the deck reading, talking, listening to and watching the waves. We usually stay on the Outer Cape so it was neat to discover new places to eat and see nearby. So to be clear, we Loved the House! Peter & Linda Western Massachusetts

The view was amazing, having my coffee on that deck each morning was breathtaking. Some suggestions: a better broom, We swept each night after dinner but the broom was mini, It would be helpful to have a regular size broom. Also, we do cook every night and did find that there were a few missing items that would have helped, such as; a good potato peeler, a wisk, a good frying pan, extra dish towels. We did very much enjoyed our stay. We had family members rent on Wing BLVD nearby so it was a great family reunion week! Beautiful home! Thank you very much!!
